(FCEVS) with Schumer and Hillary leading the "bipartisan measure."
Soon all the talking heads will be demanding FCEVS (pronounced
ceevis).

Note that Hillary says ". . . it's time to do away with the
Electoral College." Here's a terrifying thought for you:
Enacting a constitutional amendment to eliminate the Electoral
College AND WHICH INCLUDED THE CREATION OF FCEVS would make FCEVS
the totally lawful supreme law of the land.

The Electoral College exists to prevent a small minority of large
population states from electing a President over the objections of
a large majority of small population states. Leave the Electoral
college alone! Leave the Constitution alone! No amendments!
