I am planning to file a class action suit on behalf of all military personnel who
requested ballots and did not receive them in time to vote - or at all. I need sworn
affidavits from all of those parties faxed to my office after they have them notarized.
The affidavits must simple state that they requested the ballot through the proper
channels and did not receive it. A certified receipt from the post office would be
