Smoking guns! And -- The “Ransom” Scenario

This is a MUST read Network America e-wire.

One of the clear gambits of the 5 Big TV Networks is that they
are doing an “expose” of the criminal, crooked computerized
voting systems they have been protecting for the last 20 to 25
years, -- as a Prelude to pushing the country into the new
computer systems that can be manipulated from a central
location by satellite – and ultimately to totally UNVERIFIABLE
internet voting.

Many times a day it is being said on the Controlled News
Media: “No one can ever think again that their vote doesn’t
count.” Or – “Well this election has proved once and for all that

every vote counts.” This, in our judgement, was exactly the
reaction the networks intended to induce when they called
Gore in Florida, -- then retracted, -- then called Bush the
winner in Florida, -- then retracted. This, in my judgement, was
not just spontaneous election night mayhem. This was pre-
programmed, both with regard to what Voter News Service
handed the Networks to read on air, and with regard to what
the computers had been programmed to do.

The contrived confusion in the aftermath created the
impression that the networks couldn’t call results in such a
“free” and “close” election. We are supposed to forget that this
is exactly what they have done for the last 25 years, within
minutes of when the polls closed, with virtually 100% accuracy
WHEN COMPUTERS AND MACHINES COUNTED THE
VOTES.

This contrived, election night “spontaneity” was meant, as one
objective, to squelch talk of votescam, known by now to a tiny
put important percentage of Americans, and to counter the
feeling of the overwhelming majority of Americans that
elections are meaningless, and there is no sense in voting.

The contrived confusion also was used by the Controlled Big
Media to do a limited expose on how unreliable, absurd, and
open to fraud are the punch card systems being used by much
of the country.

As an indication of how widespread is such punch card use, in
the Cincinnati Enquirer on Sunday Nov. 12th, 2000 --- Howard
Wilkenson wrote that 70% of the citizens in Ohio vote on the
absurd punch card system.

Incidentally, words like “chad” have been known to votefraud
investigators for 20 years. Yet CNN announced at 6:42 PM on
Nov. 11 that a new political term “CHAD” had entered the
national vocabulary. Yes, it’s only entering the NATIONAL
vocabulary now because the Big Media has been covering up
the truth about punch card computerized systems.

The Big Media and Big Politicians of both major parties have
acted UNTIL NOW as if anyone who brought up the problems
with the punch card system was touched in the heard, crazy,
paranoid, conspiracy minded, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.

Furthermore, in 1985, we at Citizens for a Fair Vote Count,
thanks to a public service lawsuit led by my Father, obtained
from Judge Richard Niehaus (of Cincinnati, Ohio) a ruling that
the punch card system used in Hamilton County had “no
safeguards” to prevent the computers from “being programmed
to distort the election results.” This decision was suppressed
by the News Media, and then overturned by a crooked Appeals
Court. The same punch card system is in use in Cincinnati
today.

In 1985, in conjunction with that lawsuit, Judge Niehaus
granted us a court order to observe the vote tabulating process
in Cincinnati. It was then we called the Colliers into
Cincinnati,
and they caught on film women pulling “chad” from punch card
ballots on election night, after the polls closed, at election
headquarters. (This film was shown at our recent CFVC
convention and it is on our video tapes, with full explanation,
now available at votefraud.org in the bookstore.) This story is
also told in the chapter called, “Strange Bedfellows” in
Votescam: The Stealing of America by Jim & Ken Collier.

The Colliers had gotten similar film footage in Miami, Florida in

1982 – where League of Women Voters members waved and
identified themselves on camera as they used sharp styluses
to punch “chad” out of ballots. In that footage thousands of
chad (the punched out cardboards that had filled the little holes

on the punch card) is just sprawled all over the table and floor.

Furthermore! Even with this film footage -- we could not – for
fifteen years -- get the media, with one or two fleeting LOCAL
exceptions, to cover anything about the flaws of this system.
60 Minutes came into Cincinnati to do a segment on a
“Whistle Blower” in 1989. Even though we had been
instrumental in bringing these whistler blowers to public
attention --- Sixty Minutes and Ed Bradley adamantly ignored
both Citizens for a Fair Vote Count AND the absurd punch card
system which allowed the wiretappers and hackers to do their
work. In fact, they ignored the whole votefraud aspect of the
wiretapper story in their segment.

So, unless you want to believe the Controlled News Media is
shaping up and has finally seen the light, you can see why I
am asserting that the belated coverage of the flaws in the
computer systems in use – has an ulterior motive.

And Senator Charles Schumer, Ruling Elite Point Man, has
just announced what that ulterior motive is. He will submit
legislation to the Federal Elections Commission to “bring
America into the 21st century with regard to voting.” Get it? He
will be all for the ES&S, Inc. computer voting machines, with
two way modems in each machine, which can be accessed
and altered by satellite systems during the election. This will
allow hundreds of thousands of voting machines all over
America to be rigged during the election day WITHOUT the
knowledge of the good local citizens working the polls. You
can rest assured that Schumer will be all for the two-way
modems in these voting computers, which are already in use in
Chicago and elsewhere. He and his New World Order buddies
will ultimately be all for Internet voting, which is easy and
convenient to use, but which makes a verifiable election
impossible. This is what is going on, and where can you read it
but here? We are calling these shots almost real time. This is
the Ruling Elite’s game plan.

Now, you may be wondering, WHERE ARE THE SMOKING
GUNS?

The first smoking gun was handed to us by the Palm Beach
County spokesman on Saturday November 11. Bob Nichols at
6:15 PM EST. Nichols was trying to explain a change in the
rules for deciding which holes or partial holes would count for
votes in the punch card hand counted recount that was in
progress. The policy had been changed in mid day on how to
judge invalid votes or real votes in the punch card system. This
in itself highlighted that punch cards are not friendly to a
human hand count. There are no names on the punch card
ballot, just 300 or so potential holes to be punched. And BY
TIME THE BALLOTS REACH THE HUMAN doing the re-count,
they have so many weird punches and pricks in them that it is
debatable what is a vote and what isn’t. Nichols talked about
hanging chad, hangies, pregnant chad, dimpled chad, swinging
door chad. (Only crooks could want such a system, or want to
keep it once its flaws are pointed out.) Here’s the first smoking

gun:

The street reporters, trying to do their job, as the cameras
glared from MSNBC, CNN, and FOX, asked Mr. Nichols HOW
chad was created. How did it come about? He side-stepped
the question several times, and then one reporter asked
Nichols to “show us how a chad (or hanging piece of card
board) is created” when someone punched the punch card
wrong with the little sharp stylus. And Mr. Nichols honestly
said (paraphrase): “I don’t know how chad happens. I cannot
create one. I have tried, and I can’t create one.” ! ! ! ! !

This is the truth. Any of you who vote on the punch card
system, -- try to created a piece of hanging chad the next time
you vote. The little punch card holders are made to punch the
holes clean. A friend of mine, John Weiskittel, worked at a
polling place in Cincinnati last Tuesday. He watched all day
and neither saw nor heard of anybody handing in a ballot with
chad hanging off of it. This is the universal testimony we have
run into.

Bob Nichols can not create a chad, and neither can anyone
else when voting on the punch card machine – unless they
really make a great effort to do so, and maybe not even then.
So how did all those thousands of ballots get hanging chad
and swinging door chad hanging from the partially punched
holes? Jim Collier insisted it was because when there was a
recount, the real ballots were destroyed, and the substituted
ballots were run through a punch machine that punched many
cards at a time, thereby creating the chad. This is the only
logical attempt at an explanation I have ever heard. The candid
answer about chad given by Mr.Nichols in Palm Beach County
STRONGLY suggests that the ballots being hand counted by
the locals in Palm Beach --- are substitutes for the ballots
punched by the real voters on election day.

One final point on chad: The footage shown by the Big TV
Networks of people sitting around trying to peer through the
punch cards into a lightbulb to see if the hole was really
intended by the voter, -- is effectively making a farce out of
handcounting to the casual viewer. With such punch cards,
people sitting around looking at holes in IBM punch cars and
trying to determine the voters intent – is truly ABSURD. Also,
it would be fairly easy for, say, a Gore supporter to punch or
dislodge a SECOND presidential choice on ballots which
showed that the Bush hole had been picked (each hole is
numbered). No wonder that this is the last remaining use on
earth for the old IBM punch cards, as several networks have
reported.

Here’ the second SMOKING GUN:

At 3:49 EST on Saturday, November 11th on MSNBC Norah
O’Donnell, a regular reporter on MSNBC, stated the following,
and this is an exact transcript for which we also have on
videotape:

“In New Mexico, we have witnessed a dramatic turnabout. This
state just in the past day has now given Bush a 17 vote lead
over Gore. What happened here? Well there is as many as
67,000 early and absentee votes that were missed in the
original count because of a computer glitch. These votes were
then MANUALLY counted and it came out in Bush’s favor.”

Did you see that? 67,000 early and absentee votes passed
over because of a COMPUTER GLITCH! What more do you
need to know? This is why we insist on going back to easily
read handcounted paper ballots, kept in sight in a clear plastic
box all day, counted by well paid local citizens, picked at
random, from all factions at closing time, and posted at the
neighborhood precinct for all to see. If you also outlawed all
“mail in” and absentee ballots, you would have a verifiable
election. As painful as it is to think of outlawing absentee
ballots in the case of the infirm elderly and the sick, the pain
of
rigged elections by “mail in” ballots of any kind -- far
outweighs
the pain of outlawing them. We have looked at mail in ballots
and absentee ballots from every angle, and we are persuaded
that this is the only solution. In the case of military units
overseas, they would become their own precinct, count and
post the ballots there, and send them back stateside with
affidavits signed by all involved. A clean paper trail with a
preserved chain of evidence -- that would hold up in any court.

In all likelihood, if Gore or Bush had conceded the election,
those 67,000 votes – the once passed over originally because
of a computer glitch -- in New Mexico would never have been
counted – or thought about again -- ever. Remember, the goal
of the New World Order shadow government and it’s Big TV
Networks is NOT speed, NOT thoroughness, NOT logic, NOT
the interest of the citizen --- it is simply the criminal goal of

making sure that they can rig the election from a central
location, preferably without the knowledge of the citizens.

Finally to the Movie “Ransom”, and the current scenario. In
“Ransom” – a police detective master minded a kidnapping of a
rich man’s son. He demanded a ransom. The rich man called
his bluff and put out a $ 3 million reward for anyone who would
return his son and finger the kidnappers. In this way, he hoped
to entice one of the kidnappers to turn on the others, or at
least make it attractive for the bad guys to simply return the
son without harm in the hopes that no one would be caught for
the crime. As infighting broke out among the thieves, the evil
detective eventually killed all his accomplices and returned the
son, claiming he had tracked down the kidnappers, and got
into a gun fight in the process of rescuing the boy. The evil
detective was eventually found out in the movie.

Here, the Big Media has been an essential part and one of the
main culprits in stealing America through votescam over the
last 25 years, and now, they are on the verge of being found
out as the documentation gets out to the public. It is already
understood by a tiny but influential percentage of key
Americans. SO! The Big Media damages its own credibility in
a limited way, with all the election night wrong calls and
reversals in election 2000, thus making the election appear
spontaneous, and giving the impression that, surely, every vote
counts.. Also, the Big Media begins belated exposure of the
absurd punch card system and other crooked voting systems
which they have protected for a generation.

In the next phase, the same Big Media hopes to come to the
rescue and restore their credibility completely, by doing reports

on “reliable” computer systems and internet systems – which
will rig the American vote forever (they hope). Like the evil
detective in Ransom, the evil Big Media hopes to make itself
the hero for “exposing” the unreliable systems, and solving the
case by pointing the way to “reliable” computer systems.

The Big Media is one of the main culprits! – They are part of
the intelligence community / software mega-company / Money
Changer cabal which are attempting the murder of the
American Republic.

We cannot let them get away with it.

Now don’t miss tomorrow’s e-wire, already aired on the Bill
Boshears Radio Show on WLW on Sunday night, which
scenario appears to include what foreign Super Spies, death
threats, and – this is for sure -- an appearance before the
National Press Club this week by a member of the Steering
