REAL NEWSOur CIA usually is surprised by world-wide undercurrentsTue Oct 30 20:13:25 2001HOW TO FIX AMERICAWE MUST CONTROL GREEDY GLOBALISTS THAT BRIBEAMERICA AND FOMENT TROUBLE AROUND THE WORLD. Our CIA usually is surprised by world-wide undercurrents affectingour country because they have been too busy manipulating foreign affairsbenefiting the Globalists. Our Supreme Court has been remaking America by reinterpreting ourConstitution, legislation, justice system and civil rights. Our Education System has downplayed God and national pride so ourchildren will feel that they are "Citizens of the Godless World". Special Interests seeking to cheapen labor have encouraged openborders for illegal workers, thus allowing terrorists to sneak in. Our super-rich Munitions Makers sell to both sides in a war. Our Political Candidates that get elected are usually the ones thatcan spend the most Campaign Finance Money on publicity to sway thevoters--more by emotions than by common sense. Most of this money comesfrom SPECIAL INTERESTS, who often contribute to both the Democrat andRepublican candidate so whichever candidate wins will owe them favors. Our Supreme Court has legalized this bribery by renaming it "FreeSpeech". --REAL NEWS Webmaster newsman@oasis.net AMERICA IN TERRORWhat Went Wrong? What to Do?By Chuck Harder, For The People Radio Commentator Now in my late 50's, I grew up in a much different USA. A truckdriver, boat repairman and school teacher lived next to doctors anddentists. My Dad was the president and part owner of a prosperousfactory--yet we lived in that same subdivision. America was differentthen. Jobs were plentiful and people didn't have to move away from home.Extended families cared for each other. Factories were located in almost all USA hometowns and "NOW HIRING"signs were everywhere. Most families had savings accounts and werepaying for their homes. You could get a good job that would allow you tosupport your family--no matter what your level of education. Those daysare gone due to "Free-Trade" and Globalism". Factories producing merchandise that used to pay a living wage in theUSA have been moved offshore where local people in third-world nationsare mistreated by Global Corporations only paying them pennies per hourin overseas sweatshops. Working for merciless bosses and under greatfear, they manufacture merchandise and electronics items that they couldnever afford to buy. You can't do business with people who don't haveany money. And after a 12-hour day of working in terrible condidtions, they return home to just a shack occupied by many others and probably canonly afford a bowl of soup and rice. Perhaps you can now understand whyour USA policy of "Predatory Capitalism" and "Free-Trade" is hated aroundthe world. Thus, it is us who are viewed as "The Great Satan". Thomas Jefferson wrote the famous phrase upon which our nation isbased, "Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." The first duty ofour government is to protect all of us. Sadly, those in Washington aretotally engaged with the giant Global Corporations to make sure thattheir desires are taken care of. After all, that's where the money comesfrom for the politicians to all get re-elected. Result: today's"Captains of Global Industry" and other elites all have offices in tallglass and steel Taj Mahals and live like greedy Sultans--while theiremployees here at home fear more job losses. Family and personal savings in the USA are almost nonexistent today. The average family owes a mortgage and much on credit cards. Often theyhad to use them to supplement an income that does not make ends meet. With no good entry-level jobs available, there is little hope of a goodlife ahead with the "Globalization of the Economy" still moving good USAjobs offshore. Several economists say that the top one percent own more than 40percent of all personal assets. In 1980, corporate CEO's made 42 timesmore than the average factory worker. Today, that CEO makes 475 timesthe pay of those toiling in the "back room". And then there'sbankruptcy; in 1980, 287,570 individuals filed--which is pale comparedto the 1,217,972 cases from last year. And while all this is happening, the morals and ethics in the USA have degraded with many of our radio andvideo channels now classified as "open sewers". Although the alarm bells are sounding, Washington refuses to hearthem. Just like the deaf ear turned to the recent warnings from overseasbefore the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack. This national emergency gives us the opportunity to restore America.Cope with the new paradigm by rebuilding our rail system. We can travelacross our nation via new trains in comfortable compartments with TV,voice and data hookups--at a safe and energy efficient 80 MPH. Convertgasoline vehicles to propane or natural gas; diesels can run on a mixtureof soy oil, ethanol and diesel fuel. Curtail the need for foreign oil, restore our Merchant Marine and trans-Atlantic ships, employ those onwelfare. Abraham Lincoln said: "If we buy our railroad rails from England, wewill have the rails and England will have our money. If we make therails here, we will have both the rails and the money." We better bringthe factories back in the name of national security and fix America whilewe still can. The time is now, the need has never been greater.--------------------------------------------------------------------For Politically Incorrect news you aren't supposed to think about, sendyour friends' email addresses for free REAL NEWS from newsman@oasis.net.To cancel your free REAL NEWS, click "reply" and type "stop messages".
