Hi Bob,

I felt the frustration in your letter. I was saddened to see you left the Catholic Church system as you called it. Adam Weishaupt called for a war against "altar and throne", against church and state. The separation of Church and state weakens BOTH of them. As Our Lord said "a kingdom divided cannot stand." Cardinals/Bishops as well as Presidents/Kings share in the UNIVERSAL Kingship of Jesus Christ who is Lord of BOTH the Ecclesiastical and temporal societies. The Church is to the State what the soul is to the body. But today we live in the age of what Joe Sobran calls "the morally autonomous state". Civic leaders will decide what is moral while churchmen sit sit on their fat rears. Separation of Church & state has come to practically mean "whereever the state goes, the Church has to shut up and then step aside."

There is an old Irish catholic proverb "where Jesus doesn't regin, the devil takes the throne." St. Peter says in his first epistle that judgement begins with the Church, then the nations. Vatican II destroyed the faith of MANY catholics, Bob. It was a devil's council. It has the APPEARANCE of authority, but was never intended to be authoritative in its pronouncements. In 1953, Mr. Manning Johnson said before the House Committee on Unamerican Activites that the Soviets sent out orders in the 1930's to "go into the seminaries and churches of your ancestors to subvert them." In this same hearing, Mrs. Bella Dodd, communist party USA candidate for attorney general, said she alone had sent over 1,000 radicals into the seminary in the 30's and 40's. By Vatican II, some of these men were bishops. The first thing they went after at the Council was the Liturgy - for the devil hates the sacrifice of the Mass.

And Bob, recently Fr. Avery DULLES was named cardinal at 84 years of age!!! I wonder why? Perhaps it was to sit in on the meetings this past May to "reform the Papacy". Did you know it's "de fide" that the false prophet of Revelation would be an APOSTATE catholic bishop? Its not the Catholic faith or church which is to blame, but rather Churchmen.
Our Lord Jesus Christ said to the pharisees "you yourselves do not enter the Temple of knowledge, and prevent others from going therein."

I will pray for you, Bob. It's still an article of faith that "outside the Church there is no salvation."
