On September 11th, Vice President Dick Cheney and his staff were relocated to Camp David. Before they departed. they were given CIPRO "as a precaution". The key word here is "given". If you or I wanted CIPRO, we would have to see a doctor, perhaps be examined, and then issued a prescription. Not if you are one of the ruling elite. The rules average Americans are expected to follow, do not apply. Another example; gas masks were delivered to the House and Senate for members and staff. But, suppose you are an average American. During the Clinton Administration, the importation of gas masks was made illegal. The American armed forces have never put surplus gas masks on the commercial market, meaning that unless you purchased an imported gas mask before supplies ran out, you are shit out of luck. The few gas masks that can still be found are selling for $150. with the filter. Now remember, the House and Senate had them delivered for nothing. In case any member of the House and Senate wonder why people do not trust them or look upon them as pigs feeding at the public trough, they might remember that the image they created was all their own. Feel expendable? The government thinks you are. The only people they are looking out for is Number #1.
