Domestic Terrorists & Anthrax

Gary Ackerman, a bioterrorist specialist at the Monterey Institute of International Studies believes that domestic terrorists could be responsible for the anthrax outbreak. The view seems to be shared by Mark Potok of the Southern Poverty Law Center. I have a problem with this view. I cannot bring myself to believe the FBI, ATF and the other domestic terrorist group, the IRS, would engage in anthrax attacks. On one hand, the FBI and ATF domestic terrorist like to murder their victims outright. On the other hand, the terrorist at the IRS like a much slower painful death. The method of operation just does not fit. Mark Potok must be wrong. But, I think people should keep an eye on these people anyway because you never know.
