Can you say 'PRESIDENTIAL PARDON"?

I sincerely appreciate the text version of the U.S. District Court file on the Indictment for Libby. Sad as it may become, it is always within the power of the President of the United States to PARDON anyone for any felony except perhaps Treason and Murder. Could be wrong! Will follow the case more closely and hopefully someone can get a copy, scan same and get the matter on the Internet in PDF file version with Case Number and all.

PERJURY is ignored in Florida and reporting anyone with 'prima facie proof of perjury' a felony violation of Chapter 837 Florida State Statutes results in any number of affidavits... sworn affidavits... being ignored by the Sheriff in Hillsborough County, Florida and no doubt the FBI and FDLE or Governor of Florida also IGNORE such felony reports at will! Too bad OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE and AIDING AND ABETTING A FELONY cannot apply to elected Officials who HIDE A FELONY, know of same, report no one to any judge or other authorized "person" who could be the problem here in the Libby Case.

Again... PARDON is available for any of those charged, even though before such can be granted.. one must be tried and convicted... UNLESS of course ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY used by some jurists with assistance from fellow Judges in all sectors will apply! Then another group joins the Judiciary in GRANTING THEMSELVES ABSOLUTE IMMUNITY !

Hope we are WRONG! NO LAW GRANTS ABSOLUTE JUDICIAL IMMUNITY including the Constitution and Laws on the books Federal and State. The ABSOLUTE JUDICIAL IMMUNITY for what a Judge DOES NOT DO when ministerial or with evil INTENT DOES... allows any judge to MURDER, STEAL, RAPE, PERJUR THEMSELVES UNDER OATH or basically be KINGS AND QUEENS of their own kingdom and due to separation of powers doctrine... such is obviously claimed by EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE TO NOT REVEAL DOCUMENTS OR COMMENTS which is allowed by Congress when the President at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue CLAIMS IMMUNITY or blocks a subpoena to even PRODUCE IN CAMERA any documents... Judges refuse to allow DISCOVERY when charged with anything and cases get routinely DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE when one tries to implicate a Judge Federal or State in any Criminal Act.

EQUAL JUSTICE FOR ALL or ALL ARE EQUAL UNDER THE LAW
