Terri was given a 15 day reprieve because of a great outpouring of concern by the public. Don't go away now. Don't quit before she is out of the woods. It isn't finished. Michael and his henchmen still have plans to kill her. I do not understand what he has not been charged with attempted murder; after all, if he put a pillow over her head to suffocate her by withholding her air, he would be
charged, wouldn't he? (not so sure anymore). Well food and water are just as necessary for any person to live. It just takes longer to die without them.

Please continue our campaign to make our voices heard by the power structure that we do not want this woman tortured any further. We have to hang in there until she has a guardian over her PERSON, not just her finances, that will care about her. There are two kinds of guardianships I understand. One for the person and one for the finances and I am afraid that this "guardian" who the governor wants appointed is just for the finances and Michael will still be in charge of her. We need to push for a different guardian of her person.

Keep writing letters, calling, sending emails. A petition being distributed by the Hospice Patients Alliance is ready to print out and sign and mail in. They suggest that it be sent to both the Attorney General and the Disabilities Department of the Justice Department. It is suggested that if we can send a huge lot of hardcopies of the petition that it will have more impact than emails although these are very valuable. If you would like to print out a copy of these two petitions (actually one, but addressed differently), go to
