Thanks for your news letter which is very informative. I applaud your efforts on border situation. I agree with what you said about the Bushes, and the fact we need to focus on world problems. I agree the media gives us stories of containment to divert our attention to prevent us from focusing on the real problems -- but I don't believe Terri's case is one of them. So, I do take issue with what you are saying about Terri. Either you don't know, and have not read my emails or just been just listening to CNN and the big 3 who are outright lying, and promoting the evolving "Culture of Death" becoming so pervasive in our country. Last night the media was pushing the agenda. Obviously, they are not interviewing Terri's family or those who representatives her, or refuse to quote them because they are being unduly influence by the powers to be. So, allow me to enlighten you:

This is a high profile case, and may set a precedent through-out the country of how we die in the future by bio-ethics and the Culture of death being developed by people like Dr. Peter Singer a pervert who believes in bestiality, that animals have more rights than people, and a mothers right to kill her child up to a year after birth. Prof. Singer teaches young impressionable future doctors, lawyers, politicians who go out and push his agenda. We see now why we have leaders with no souls.

This a landmark case not about someone's right to die, but only about the deliberate pre-meditated murder of Terri by her husband. He has everything to gain financially from her death. It's also about her Constitutional rights -- the pursuit of happiness, her religious rights, and laws being made from the bench by a bias judge in collusion with Schaivo and not abiding by the existing laws in the Florida Constitution and Florida Statutes which prevent this, but are being ignored. He has already acted criminally in other cases and documented.

Many lawyers have stepped forward like Atty. L. Kennedy and offered their services pro-bono and have been working non-stop around the clock. My friend Joseph who is an attorney worked from Friday sending petitions, affidavits, calling everyone he could, and finally crashed Tuesday. This is dedication to the right to live! "Who will stand for me against the inequities?" -- Jesus.

No man has the right to take another man's life -- That's God's job and in His own time. Euthanasia is against the law, but pre-meditated murder by dehydration and starvation isn't! They wouldn't be allowed to do this to be done to an animal or heinous criminal on death row -- It's against the law! But they can do it to Terri.

All the alternative press especially CNS News and World Net Daily, and especially Genesis Radio are supporting Terri. Thousands of people are outrage, and you may get a lot of backlash and hate mail from your list. People were really upset on George Noorey's Show on C2C.

Prior to the tube being replaced, the public has watched Terri dying. She was suffering horrific and excruciating pain. There was no dignity in her dying process. Animals and heinous criminals have more rights, and it's illegal to take their water and food away. Terri hasn't even committed a crime, nor is she an animal. It says, we are the government and we can determine if you live or die, and we have the authority to make you suffer and extend your dying process as long as we want. This will pave the road for euthanasia agenda, because people will opt euthanasia over suffering. They have an agenda, and new evolving "Futile Care Protocols." It not only involves Terri, but every disabled person or sick person. Every person is just an accident or illness from an instant permanent disability. This is what the Nazis did in their Eugenics Program. He rounded up disabled and retarded children, experiment on them, and then murdered them.

What if during your last hospital stay, your raging infection settled in your brain, caused a meningitis, resulting in brain damage, and you an your family wanted to live? But, Ann went to court just because you were a nuisance and had (a corrupt conspiratorial criminal judge related to one of the doctors, member of the Hemlock Society, and on the board of the Hospice) pull your feeding tube? Would you like to die in such a horrific, insidious, and excruciating way lasting 10-14 agonizing days. Trust me, it's not pretty. It certainly gives new meaning to "until death due us part."

The statement you made below is reckless, irresponsible, cavalier, insensitive, and disingenuous if you are the true Christian you profess to be as it relates to Terri's case. Obviously this quote is out of context and does not apply in Terri's situation.

* God has not chosen for Terri to die, as by evidence of the Bush and the Florida Legislature. That's a miracle in itself!
* Terri in her weaken condition, has manage to survive 7 agonizing days without fluids which is difficult for a healthy person. --That is a miracle! Don't you see, He wants her to live! She's doing more than any healthy person could do.
* I believe God allowing it to happen, using Terri to raise public awareness, and prevent it from happening to others. He allowed His own only begotten son to suffer and die, so that the world would be saved. Terri may save millions?

* Terri is not COMATOSE! Her eyes are open, she is alert, aware, makes sounds, smiles responsively, sits up in a wheel chair, and attempted to get out of when she was told her tube would be removed (supported by video) the judge refused to allow to be shown, threatening Schindler (Terri's father) with contempt and prosecution. She was aware of what that meant -- her death! She wants to live! Her parents want her and to take care of her. They do not want any money!
* She just has a speech deficit, and can't verbalize -- mobilize or do activities of daily living independently. This is an attempt to deliberately give the public the wrong perception of a real COMATOSE person.
* IVs and tube feeding is supportive treatment -- not life support! Life support means to be kept alive by artificial means i.e. ventilator. There is nothing artificial about fluids, which everyone needs to sustain life, regardless of the method used to give them i.e. orally, N/G tube, gastrostomy tube, clysis, or IV.
* Her husband has directed that Terri only be sustained in a nursing home which is contrary to the intent of the award money. Michael Schiavo has on 2 other occasions unsuccessfully attempted to end Terri’s life by instructing her caretakers not to medicate Terri for potentially fatal infections. The first occasion occurred less than nine months after her husband received the malpractice award money.
* She is not in a persistent vegetative state. She has contractures, and muscle atrophy from neglect and abuse and her husband's refusal to follow doctors orders for rehab, and a stroke special, 13 doctors, and a speech therapist said she could have been helped dramatically -- before her tube was pulled.
* In a trial initiated by her husband Michael Schiavo, Circuit Court Judge, George W. Greer, issued a verdict delivered on February 11, 2000. Judge Greer granted authorization to discontinue Terri’s feeding tube. Judge Greer’s verdict will cause Terri to die in 10 to 14 days. Terri’s death will be by painful starvation. Judge Greer is a probate judge, but there were no will, or living will and he is making decisions out of his jurisdiction.
* "Wherefore, Judge George W. Greer, does not have the Jurisdiction nor does he have subject matter Jurisdiction. Wherefore, he does not have foundation to sit over and here this type of case! That would make him an accomplice to Manslaughter and he has also violated 18 USC. Section 2. With violations in 42 USC 1983 Section 7.12 of the Civil Rights, as in state of mind and simple jurisdiction! All Judges know of their Cannon Rules, which is their guidelines within Jurisdiction, in which they are allowed to preside over certain issues! I may be wrong, but this Judge has stepped outside that jurisdiction! It takes a Supreme Court Judge to have Jurisdiction, to preside over any case with a possible verdict, being set down for death! It is morally wrong for anyone to believe, that they (a Judge) have the right to end a life, for no other reason other than a nuisance! There are many people in state institutions, that cannot care for themselves; some bed ridden and most all in a state mental institution have brain damage!" -- This attorney sues corrupt judges for a living, and is a personal friend.

# It was originally thought Terri's condition was caused by a heart attack -- until recently when a doctor other than those selected by Michael was allowed to review her medical records. This doctor found Terri's collapse wasn't due to a heart attack. Instead, he said it is possible Terri is a victim of strangulation. She had multiple compression fractures, apparently from previous beatings too. She had black and blue marks around her neck as if she were strangled which would account for the anoxia and resulting brain damage, but was never investigated.

A nurse recalls Schiavo asking, 'When is that bitch gonna die?' Carla Sauer Iyer was a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the same convalescent center in the mid 1990s, and also cared for Terri. She described Mr. Schiavo as being "focused on Terri's death, and has filed sworn affidavits. "Michael [Schiavo] would say, 'When is she going to die? Has she died yet?' and 'When is that bitch going to die?'" Iyer charged. "Other statements which I recall him making include, 'Can't anything be done to accelerate her death, won't she ever die?' When she wouldn't die, Michael [Schiavo] would be furious." Authorities refused to investigate.

Schiavo did not obey doctor's orders and refused to let his wife have physical therapy or even have her teeth brushed, or even TV which would have provided her with stimulation.
# A stroke specialist, 13 doctors, and a speech therapist stated Terri would dramatically benefit from therapy.
# Terri has no will. Should she die, her husband will inherit what is left of Terri’s $750,000 medical fund.
# In violation of the law, Terri’s husband lives in a house with Jodi Centonze. He openly admits that he has been engaged to this women for over seven years, have recently given birth to a baby girl. She is pregnant with his second child, and has announced plans to marry her when Terri is no longer alive.
# Since receiving the award money in 1993, her husband has ceased and prohibited any new or aggressive treatment for Terri. He has only maintained Terri at a nursing home (currently, Terri is in a Hospice facility).
# He has totally ignored or denied rehabilitation therapy that could possibly assist Terri’s recovery.
# Since 1993, Terri’s husband has consistently and deliberately withheld all medical information and data from Terri’s family. Over the past eight years he has ordered Terri’s caretakers not to reveal any medical or neurological information.
# Michael Schiavo will not permit any doctor to examine Terri other than the doctors he selects.
# As Terri’s legal guardian, her husband has used her medical fund money to offset the legal costs when his guardianship of Terri was initially challenged and to pay the current legal costs to have Terri’s life ended.
# In addition Judge Greer's Tyrannical behavior is appalling, to say the least. He is affiliated with the
# Judge Greer's fellow judge, Judge John Lenderman is the brother of Martha Lenderman also on the hospice board!
# Greer accepted as the basis of his rulings, the questionable testimony of Michael Schiavo (and his family) that Terri would wish to be killed, yet Michael never stated that before he got 1.5 million dollars to care for Terri forever.
# Greer also accepted as the basis of his rulings, the "opinion" of a third doctor (named Greer) who just happens to be the brother of a close associate of George Felos, right-to-kill attorney, and very significantly, former chairman of the hospice board! Can we see the collusion and the conspiracy?
# Terri responds regularly to the presence of her parents and friends. Her husband's doctors testified Terri's cognizant responses to Terri’s parents and friends are simply a reflex action -- wrong when she understood what it meant when told about the removal of her feeding tube.
# He prevented emergency hydration of his wife for 3 hours while in critical condition, willfully disobeying Gov. Bush's order, and threatened hospital personnel, and sent her to the hospital where he worked.
# Then he denied visitation by her parents and siblings.
# After having the tube replaced, she has been sent back to the very facility who attempted to murder her.
# He is desperate to get her dead while he still has the guardianship so that 1) he can have her cremated, thus obliterating physical evidence, if any, of abuse, and 2) so he can still inherit what is left of the money. I am just amazed at the evil of this story. He and his cohorts are absolute ghouls. -- B. Berger.

* Schaivo may even be psychotic and appears to have some type of "disassociate disorder" perhaps due to child abuse? He's very controlling. He has no conscience, and appears to enjoy watching Terri and her parents/siblings suffer. He wouldn't even let them brush her teeth or do simple ROM to prevent painful contractures, and allowed her muscles atrophy. He forbid her to watch TV which would have been some stimulation, but did allow the radio tuned to one station. He's a nurse and RT. He knows the score, and should lose both of his licenses, and be prosecuted. He has deliberately abused and neglected her years. If he beat her, he'll beat his new live-in lover, and probably already has, but she sees dollar signs too and hanging in there only to divorce him later -- if she lives that long. These abusers never get better without treatment. He has movie offers and plans to further exploit Terri.
* She doesn't even qualify for Hospice under the national protocol, yet has been there for 3 years with a G-Tube. Her life is just as precious to her and her family as yours is to you and your family. If it can happen to Terri, it can happen to you.
* Everyone should be outraged. I am absolutely obsessed with this case because of all the broken laws, which have been broken with immunity and impunity, while she has been tortured, traumatized, and terrified beyond belief. I will not stop until Terri's guardianship has finally been given to her parents, and she is safe at home with them. Anyone wishing to be removed from my list, please let me know.

Gov. Bush has ordered a change of guardianship in the bill he signed. I hope it comes before they kill her.
