(see below)

"On April 10th, of 2001, Charles Puckett, acting as state commander, dismissed Stephen Anderson from the Kentucky
State Militia for Anderson's failure to stop unlicensed radio broadcasts. Puckett notified all membership of Anderson's
dismissal, and sent a full copy of the letter to the F.B.I. in Louisville. Anderson had only been involved with the Kentucky
State Militia for a short while before he was quickly weeded out by current law-abiding members. Anderson had used the
station, among other things, to express his anti-Jewish beliefs, which conflicted with the views of many K.S.M. members,
some of whom were themselves Jewish. Members felt that Anderson had a right to free speech, but not in conjunction with
the name of the Kentucky State Militia. Although Anderson claimed that his station was protected by the first amendment,
members pointed out that the same constitution also gave them the right to association, or NOT to associate, in his case.
Current leadership in the Kentucky State Militia point out that isolated cases like Anderson normally to not join groups, but
are instead loners and keep to themselves. They said that those who do join groups can be steered in a more meaningful and
none-destructive path to accomplishing their goals." -P.P.

Official Release
It is with regret that I have to write this communiqué at this
time.
Seems some people that have a hard time following orders, and
keeping
their word, never seem to learn the meaning of discipline. By law
we
are supposed to be a WELL REGULATED MILITIA, governed by ourselves
according to our Constitution(being our Governor, and Adjutant
General are out to lunch, and not expected back anytime soon). The
disregard of orders is something that the Kentucky Militia cannot
tolerate.
Major Steve Anderson was given direct orders by me on March
20th 2001
to cease broadcasting on 3.260 MHz. Mr. Anderson followed these
orders for three days. After that time the station was brought up to
full operation on 3.260 MHz. Later the station was set up for
rebroadcast of Genesis Communications programming in direct
disregard of said orders. Mr. Anderson promised at the Norm Creek
meeting that donations would be returned and the station would be
shut down if we allowed him to remain with The Kentucky State
Militia. The donations were not returned, and even more were
accepted on Sunday morning of the Norm Creek meeting. I have no
choice but to dismiss Mr. Anderson from all duties, and membership
with the Kentucky State Militia. If we cannot REGULATE ourselves then
we are no better than the people we say have not done their job in
government. This is my final decision in this matter, and will be
recorded in a internal memo!

I am disregarding the APFN post about this event because it had many errors in it.

=============================================================RE; Steve Anderson.

I have been hesitant to discuss this subject in the past because this
subject has nothing good to be said about it.

(It has been told to me!) S. Anderson... Accepted over $10,000 of
patriot dollars in a 'con' to allegedly set-up a shortwave station for a
well known internet broadcaster last year. The donations were set
directly to him and Anderson never provided even one hour of shortwave
time for the thousands donated to him. Needless to say none of the
proceeds were returned to the donators or given to the broadcaster that
he had promised the service too.

(It has been told to me!) S. Anderson was thrown out of the KY Militia
several months ago for suggesting to other members that they participate
in illegal activities. The Ohio branch of the KKK ran him out of their
state for similar reasons.

(It has been told to me!) S. Anderson is not welcome at any Michigan
militia activities. He has a histroy of participating in the manufacture
of illegal explosives and some suggestions have been made that he
contracts with Federal Law enforcement to compromise legitimate patriot
groups. (If you notice; at the time the police found his wrecked truck,
they found pipe bombs in it.) Folks have told this office that they do
not believe that Anderson would use the bombs, but rather would plant
them on others property or automobiles and then notify the authorities.

The above is merely general unconfirmed information supplied to this
office and in no way should be misconstrued as evidence. I supply this
information to advise others to be cautious of this individual. Do not
associate with 'Nut-Cases!'

Possible Sightings of Suspect Who Fired at Kentucky Deputy

Email story to a friend

MIDDLESBORO, KY (WATE) -- Kentucky state
police report at least two possible sightings of a
self-proclaimed militia man on the run after
shooting at a deputy in Bell County.

When Deputy Sheriff Scott Elder pulled over
53-year-old Steve Anderson for a broken tail light
in a camouflaged truck labeled Kentucky Militia,
he says the last thing he expected was to get
shot at.

"He took dead aim," Elder says. "That's for
sure."

Elder explains that when Anderson refused to
give his name and acknowledged having lots of
weapons in the truck, he fled. After a chase he
turned his arsenal on the deputy, hitting his car
more than a dozen times.

"I don't know if I was thinking," Elder says. "I've
never been in the military, but my God." When
Elder pursued Anderson in his damaged cruiser,
Anderson made a U-turn and shot at him again.

Kentucky state police immediately moved in and after 7 hours of searching they
found Anderson's truck over a 100-foot embankment on Sam's Mountain.

Inside the truck, they found two pipe bombs but the weapons were gone, meaning
Anderson took them. And he was obviously willing to use them.

"We've found out he (Anderson) is an ex-military man with survival skill training,"
the sheriff's department's John Hoskins says.

A check on Steve Anderson found he'd been kicked out of the Kentucky Militia in
Somerset.

Investigators aren't sure why he was in Middlesboro. They've written out a warrant
for Anderson on the charge of criminal attempt to commit murder.

They're also warning citizens who may think they see Steve Anderson to stay
away from him and call the police as soon as possible.
