Paul Harvey News did a major disservice today with a report supposedly
from a Russian Biowar expert that ironing
your letters with a steam iron would kill Anthrax spores inside.


>From what I read it takes actual autoclaving with steam or dry
heat of 290 degrees F for a whole hour to kill an Anthrax spore,
but I was wondering if anyone knew how spores react to a minute
or so in a standard kitchen microwave oven? Any experts at APFN
know the answer?
