Subject: Attack by airport police

Monday, October 13, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. in District Court in Raleigh, N.C.I
will have my first opportunity to defend against the ridiculous charges
made by the RDU's alleged police. I was forcibly seized because I asked
the simple question of why it was necessary to remove shoes. They
couldn't answer my question nor tell me where I could obtain an answer.
To justify their incompetence, I was arrested (missed my pre-paid flight)
and charged with tresspassing and resistance.

I will be filing a motion to dismiss (and of course not enter a plea)
based upon North Carolina General Statutes. Particularly important is
N.C.G.S. 15A-954 (a)(4) which states that if violation of the
Constitution is involved, the District Court MUST DISMISS the charges. DA
has already been informed that the case involves several violations of
the Consitution and I intend to file felony charges against the officers,
airport director and possibly the Magristrate and Sheriff. District and
Superior Courts do not have authority to hear Constitution cases.

If any of you happen to be in the area, please drop in. I'll need all the
witnesses I can get as well as moral support.

Yours in Liberty, Jim Peggs
Greensboro, N.C.
