James Madison writing on "Separation of Powers" stated that the very definition of tyranny is when any "same hands" group, or faction has effective control of all branches of government.

Go back and notice your State Constitutions, under "branches of government." Usually it states this:
"Any person belonging to one branch of government cannot hold office outside that office.

During the late 30s and 40s, the STATE BAR ASSOCIATIONS, acting in concert, came up with a scheme; a scheme whereby secret and unsigned ballots (cunning little trick of no-culpability) were "passed" therefore merging with their State Supreme Courts. Attorneys all belong to the Judicial Branch, which by itself is evil and deceptive enough.
