Circuit Decision!

TREASONOUS 9TH CIRCUIT COURT JUDGES OVERRULE ARIZONA VOTERS!
In 2004, Arizona spoke; over 1 Million citizens went to the
polls, voted,
and passed Proposition 200 requiring proof of citizenship to
vote.
On October 6th, 2006 Judge A. Wallace Tashima and Judge
William A. Fletcher
of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco,
California chose to
overrule the will of the people of Arizona. We have a
message for the 9th
Circuit Court; these judges will NOT silence the citizens of
Arizona.
We call on all Arizonans to join us for one hour of complete
silence from
12:00 PM to 1:00 PM in front of the State Capitol in Phoenix
as we protest, in
gag, this blatant abuse of power. We request that our
Secretary of State Jan
Brewer and Attorney General Terry Goddard use all available
resources to
counter this monarchical decision.
Jan Brewer and Terry Goddard work for the citizens of
Arizona and the
citizens have spoken. We must take action immediately.
The rally will begin at 12:00 PM on Friday, October 13th,
2006 and will be
located across the street from the Arizona State Capitol

Memorial Park), 1700 W. Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona.

LIBERALS BLOCK VOTER ID

On September 19, 2005 the Commission on Federal Election
Reform co-chaired by former President Jimmy Carter and
former Bush-41 Secretary of State James A. Baker III laid
out an 87-point program to eliminate vote fraud in the
United States. The program began with a simplistic, common
sense approach—making sure the voter is who he or she says
they are. Carter and Baker urged Congress to enact
legislation that would require all voters to present a
State-issued photo ID in order to vote in any federal
election. Only three members of the Carter-Baker Commission
dissented from the group's recommendation. They were former
Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle [D-SD], former National
Council of La Raza President Raul Yzaguirre, and liberal
George Washington University Law School professor Spencer
Overton.
