CITIZEN'S DATA BASE

Cheryl: You are so very correct on need for such a 'Citizen's Data Base' and one other use could be considered in this computer age. First: ALL PEOPLE would have DNA registered from birth to death every time blood is drawn or child born. Visitors or NEW residents granted Visa for student or living purposes WOULD be required to give DNA stored in one massive Data Base. Look at what would happen... all people who died in any circumstance would be instantly verified and identified. REASON TWO. All criminals who decide to rape a male or female and leave DNA evidence would be identified immediately and CAPTURED no doubt when they go free now. PROBLEM-Citizen groups would start screaming about BIG BROTHER actions taking away the Civil Liberties of people in America and from all over the WORLD. Criminals getting CAUGHT and dead people instantly identified plus children protected from being STOLEN like in Tampa with the Eisenberg baby... NO DNA to find out later in life that this ineeed was the child stolen because American's do not want to give babies DNA results to some master computer. Well, you hit it right on the head but WHO is responsible... CNN hardly Government YES but which section and where is that site.. Missing Children site has very limited resources so this would mean the FBI, CIA, Government or local Governments have failed the American People by not having a WEB SITE posting names and other information for relatives to track where someone was taken or where in what state the person is hospitalized. WAKE UP FEMA AND MR. PRESIDENT. You cannot track military equipment so what does one think will happen with humans in a disaster. IF THIS IS THE FUTURE OF FEMA AND DHS... a divorce is in the works as FEMA should perhaps demand to be removed from DHS and ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS WHO GO INTO A DISASTER AREA REPORT TO THE SHERIFF AND THEY REMAIN ARMED AND SPECIALLY DEPUTIZED OR THEY DO NOT COME IN AND CARRY ARMS.... but let them also be in that data base. Sorry Cheryl... THEY would capture criminals who were born today in 15-20 years down the road... scary for some Congressional Representatives who may have children coming along... such may spawn a criminal who would be caught by the technology like THE FBI FINGERPRINT DATABASE. Do let me know when you send that message to comments@whitehouse.gov or vice.president@whitehouse.gov . Should be interesting to see what Law Enforcement would say about that data base and DNA data base mandating ALL HUMANS get DNA profiles from birth and whenever blood is taken, hospitalization is required or one COMES INTO THE COUNTRY FROM ABROAD. DEMAND A DNA DATABASE AND DEMAND A WEB SITE GOVERNMENT CONTROLLED TO LIST THOSE WHO WERE EVACUEES AND LOCATIONS. REMEMBER SOME OF THOSE ARE PEDOPHILES AND SEXUAL PREDATORS BY STATE LAW AND MAY BE AROUND CHILDREN OR HELPLESS ADULTS UNDER STEALTH MODE AS NO ONE CHECKS ANYONE UNDER THE NATIONAL DATABASE FROM THE FBI BECAUSE THERE IS NO NATIONAL PERVERT DATABASE !
