Recently a "{78}Student Owned" radio station in
Tenn was raided by FCC & FBI agents under some ruse
that they bled their 98-watt free speech radio onto
the Tennessee valley authority "repeater"
(Proven False by independent Electronic Engineers)
Another station "Radio Free Santa Cruz" was equally
attacked even as City council voted of 7-0 in favor
of the stations benefit to the community. both
attacks on "Freespeech" was in violation of case
law allowing Micro-Broadcasting intra-state,
or non-advertizing public service, or not greater
than 1000 Watts transmitting and not bleeding over
a "for profit" or "licensed frequency station".

The FACTS ARE they had been reinvigorating their
listeners and other listeners of IndyMedia internet
radio with TRUTH local news station ignore, and
independent music alternatives with moral content...
