Dear fellow patriots/Americans,

I have been away for some time now, but have recently rejoined the
fray here via APFN because my wife's mother is about to become the
next KELO (eminent domain) VICTIM soon if her circumstances do NOT
change for the better.

Allow me to succinctly share what the scenario is she's facing.

She lives in Benton Harbor, Michigan. It, BTW, could just as well be
you or me and our HOME and our HOMETOWN now, but it is her and her HOME.
There is a Harbor Shore Development to the tune of Millions of Dollars
at stake that has ironically joined forces with Whirlpool, whom my
mom's dad faithfully worked for all his life, that is TERRORIZING my
mom and other HOMEOWNERS into SELLING OUT before the BULLDOZE their
PRIVATE PROPERTY (i.e. HOMES) in order to make room for a new JACK
NICLAUS GOLF COURSE! Seems anyone, including Whirlpool, can be Bought
and paid for these days!

I'm just putting this out there for anyone to offer some assistance to
my elderly and health-stricken mother-in-law who is a senior citizen
and widow in poor health who lives alone about to lose the last thing
on earth that means anything to her. She lost her mom 3 years ago who
lived at that home in Benton Harbor all her life. Then she lost her
husband to cancer a year later. Now she's about to lose her home
because of this stupid KELO case.

Is there anyone who can help?

Any suggestions?

She has even said she's so distraught if she loses her family home of
50 years that she may even take her own life. God help us all.

What has our country deteriorated into?

Is there no character or backbone left in America?

Immigrant after immigrant risked life and limb to pave the way for
their sons and daughters and grandchildren to be able to live out the
AMERICAN DREAM and now these so-called fellow Americans are not only
taking advantage of bad law (i.e. Kelo case), but more importantly
sacrificing their soul on the Altar of the Almighty Dollar as they
violate more than one of the 10 Commandments, God's Law; namely: #'s
8 and 10, which state "thou shall not steal" and "thou shall not covet."

She is desperate and is being TERRORIZED by these developers
constantly to sell out before the bulldoze her home! Is there nothing
she can do? Is there noone she can turn to now?

Where is HOMEland Security when you need them?

Please let me know if you can offer any assistance or make any
recommendations or refer me to anyone on her behalf.

Remember, anyone of us could be the next KELO Case victim!

I am hopeful that Chief Justice John Roberts will help overturn that
stupid KELO CASE, but in the meantime what can/should we do?
