Here is a letter that just sent via fax to the Travis Country
D.A., Ronald Earle, Jr., who issued the indictment against Delay
today: (on this post, I removed my actual name, address and
phone # for my protection)
September 28, 2005
Dear Mr. Earle,(via facsimile; cmrrr; email--NONE)
I am writing to you to provide crucial information regarding
another leading Republican politician who I feel should also be
indicted and forced to step down from his elected position,
based on Texas’s Republican rules.
The facts to be considered and acted upon are as follows:
1.) He has met numerous times at his home in Texas with his
co-conspirators to plan his courses of action against his
constituents, which have led to many of those persons’ deaths;
2.) He has lied to, and later admitted, that he has lied to his
constituents;
3.) He has placed his personal advancement ahead of his moral
and ethical obligations to his constituents;
4.) He has used his office as a conduit for personal monetary
gain, not only for himself but also those who have enjoined him
in his illegal activities;
5.) He has participated in actions that are obviously genocide;
6.) He has deliberately placed his constituents and
non-constituents in harms way in such a manner that these people
were left with absolutely no recourse for themselves to survive
but by the grace of God;
7.) He has abused, committed both malfeasance and misfeasance of
fiduciary position, violation of oath of office, and disgraced
his position via insulting finger and hand gestures;
8.) He has displayed behavior that brings into question his
mental status and stability;
9.) He has exhibited an arrogance that neglects his obligation
to his elected office;
10.) He participates in secretive organizations and rituals that
question his professed Christianity and moral turpitude.
I truly believe that this elected official has deceived his
public audience entirely too long and that it is time for his
impeachment removal from his elected position.
This Republican official is George W. Bush, “President” of these
United States of America.
I feel that an indictment is urgently necessary based on: total
violation of his office’s oath, lack of allegiance to
established commitment to said office, endangerment to the
public’s wellbeing and consideration, continuing deceit,
instability of personal behavior and defilement of the highest
elected position in this Nation, all stated actions have
continually been displayed since this person took office.
I hope that you will seriously consider the forgoing charges and
issue an indictment for Conspiracy, Reckless Endangerment,
Breach of Contract and Moral Obligation, Ill-gotten gains, Abuse
of Office, Lack of Moral Turpitude, Violation of Elected Oath,
Public Profanity, Conduct Unbecoming an Elected Official and
most important Death by Neglect against the forenamed person.
Thank you,
