According to a recent ruling by The Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City (see law.com) employers are legally responsible for their employees’ actions. I believe I have sufficient evidence to convince a jury that the employees of said Verizon are guilty of violating my civil rights. Specifically: Title 18 of the U.S. Code, Part I, Chapter 13, Section 241 - Conspiracy Against Rights. Title 18 of the U.S. Code, Part I, Chapter 13, Section 242 - Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law. Title 18 of the U.S. Code, Part I, Chapter 13, Section 373 - Solicitation to Commit a Crime of Violence. Title 18 of the U.S. Code, Part I, Chapter 13, Section 2340A – Torture, as defined in Section 2340. I intend to file suit against you in said Court if I do not hear back from you via written mail or phone within the next 2 weeks. 9SEP04
