natural gas; oil wells; NASA and Russia

Here is information that I have been waiting for the past 24hrs for SOMEONE in the media to bring forward; however, it hasn't happened yet:
1.) In the '80's when Reagan and Papa Bush subjected the gas and oil industry into bankruptcy, there were THOUSANDS of natural gas wells capped in the Texas Panhandle (Amarillo, outer lying areas in the region); Oklahoma; Kansas, et al. The natural gas produced in that area had for DECADES been sent to the Eastern region of this country. The people in Texas were paying higher prices per cubic foot for their gas use than the people in the areas in the east were paying; everyone complained that we produced it but paid more than those who didn't live in the area for the gas usage. MY QUESTION: WHY has no one in the media said anything about uncapping those wells NOW that the production will need to be available? Do the research.
This also leads into the question: To get to natural gas, you drill; when you find natural gas (and other gases, some very deadly and odorless), you will ALWAYS find oil below it.
I have always believed that the capping of the natural gas wells and the restriction to drill for same led to the crude oil bankruptcy--because where there is natural gas, there is ALWAYS oil. This capping occurred in Texas,
Oklahoma, Kansas and several other states in the region----AAAAALLlllll caused during the '80's Reagan/Bush administration-----the beginning of the oil industry control by the government and the BUSHES!!!!! Look into it; you'll see that I am correct.
There are also HUNDREDS of non working refineries in the Amarillo area--some are used just for storage of oil with very little if any refining (ie Texaco on east side of Amarillo). WHY have these not been mentioned? There are lots of them in Oklahoma, Kansas, etc. ALL shut down due to Reagan/Bush addiminstration AND Bozkie Raiders in the '80's.
2.) WHY was space control and the ISS control in Houston given to the Russians (Federation) during this hurricane????? Florida's NASA control center is well
past the effects of RITA----WHAT is really going on???
3.) Food for thought: Since mankind (namely the U.S.) has broken the DNA code;can clone animals and is working on mankind cloning (probably succeeded by now); etc., WHY is it so difficult for people to accept the idea and fact that we can control the weather (which is actually easier to do than DNA research and success)through scaler-Tesla weaponry dynamics?????? Controlling the weather is much, much easier than the other science research. Can you explain this to me?
I think everyone needs to quit being sheeples, open up their minds and think about some of this crap that we are being fed from the gov through the news media---hello???
