A story of the fight for truth by those closest to the tragedy, and a scathing critique of the mainstream media, which refuses to connect the dots, *9/11: Press For Truth* distinguishes itself from a crowded field of documentaries offering conspiracy narratives and mind-numbing replays of the catastrophic images of the day. Directed by Ray Nowosielski, *9/11: Press For Truth* is an unblinking examination of the failure of the 9/11 Commission and the press to adequately address many troubling questions that still haunt the families, five years after that tragic day. *9/11: Press For Truth* features exclusive interviews with the families of 9/11 victims, including the “Jersey Girls” and 9/11 researcher Paul Thompson, author of “The Terror Timeline", which pieces together stories from over 7000 media reports about 9/11. In the film, Thompson fills in the gaps of mainstream media coverage, presenting little-known published reports that, woven together, put the lie to the “official story” of 9/11.
