It is obvious that the helicopter rescues of one to two people when boats and military, law enforcement and emergency responders are below getting the brunt of prop wash with contaminated water is going to CAUSE DISEASE AND POSSIBLY KILL those who get contaminated.

To see your helicopter crewmembers and rescue swimmers lowering themselves down into toxic and e-coli bacteria laden water with other dead bodies starting to contaminate the waters is a RISK not even the military would allow in wartime... let alone for a rescue operation. THOUSANDS OF GALLONS OF FUEL IN A HELO with four people Two Pilots and Two Military assisting [one a rescue swimmer] to pluck A MAXIMUM OF TWO PEOPLE OR ANYONE from a home or area which is now contaminated, GUARANTEED PROFESSIONALLY TO BE CONTAMINATED, is a dangerous use of the military resources when boats and landing craft can do the job and pull many more people safely without contamination. Who are we trying to impress as the SPEAKERS AND SOUND SYSTEMS STILL HAVE NOT WARNED THE PEOPLE ... IF THIS WAS A RIOT YOU WOULD HAVE SPEAKERS BLARING DAY AND NIGHT TO WARN THE PEOPLE AND GIVE THEM INSTRUCTIONS. LEAVE OR YOU WILL DIE FROM E-COLI BACTERIA AS THE WATER IS FULLY CONTAMINATED... The fact that NEWSMEDIA PERSONNEL are in boats in the same area filming rescues and getting prop wash of contaminated water in their eyes, mouths and on their bodies is against OSHA GUIDELINES for contamination protection. Troops without face and mouth protection or respirators for these bacterial attackers PLUS chemicals which were already in the water from hospitals makes a SOUP OF DEATH. The skin contact with sores will no doubt cause serious illness or injury and for GOD'S SAKE WHERE ARE THE SHOTS TO PROTECT THOSE NEW ORLEANS POLICE AND EMERGENCY PERSONNEL???? What OSHA OR EPA OFFICIAL has indicated the WATER is SAFE? Same people who told the New Yorker's that the AIR WAS SAFE AT GROUND ZERO ? IS ANYONE UP IN WASHINGTON PAYING ATTENTION TO THIS DISASTER?
