MIAMI (AP) -- Forecasters say some areas could receive up to 15
inches of rain from a newly formed depression that might
strengthen into Tropical Storm Ophelia by the time it hits
Wednesday.
The National Hurricane Center says the warning stretches from
north of Jupiter to Titusville.
Forecasters say the tropical depression has top sustained winds
of about 30 miles per hour and is centered about 180 miles
southeast of Cape Canaveral.
Meanwhile, two other storms are out at sea. Tropical Storm Nate
is intensifying south of Bermuda, while Hurricane Maria has
weakened on its way to the north Atlantic.
