'MEGA FLARE' COMES OUT OF NOWHERE
FLASH BREAKING NEWS REPORT

Just moments ago, one of the largest solar flares ever recorded has occurred. It measures somewhere between an X-15 to X-20. This comes on the heels of last night’s M-Class flare which originated from sunspot region 789. It just so happens this sunspot region is still just off the eastern limb and has not rotated to the front (Earth facing) side of the Sun.
This is a MAJOR event. It will be on all news reports within hours…but you are the first to know.
I just got off the phone with Larry Combs who is the lead weather forecaster for the NASA/NOAA Space Weather Center. It sounded like a ‘war room’. He had to hang up and will get back to me when things settle down.
I will be on the local ABC affiliate tonight giving the report as updated…..

Extreme Weather Watch:
Watch for extreme weather to occur within the next 48 to 72 hours. This most likely will take the form of straight-line winds, micro-burst, wind shears, and tornadoes. It is also likely to “feed” the current tropical storms and could very well escalate them to hurricanes. (see equation)

Evidence is presented that galactic cosmic rays (GCRs) are a major forcing agent on weather and climate on multiple time scales ranging from weekly through glacial-interglacial. Known effects of GCRs are used to explain phenomena and observations in the fields of meteorology, climatology, paleoclimatology and paleoecology.

The 189-year-old almanac claims 80 percent to 85 percent accuracy for the forecasts written under the name Caleb Weatherbee. The forecasts are prepared two years in advance using a secret formula based on sunspots, the position of the planets and the tidal action of the moon. The National Weather Service questions the accuracy of such long-range forecasts, but almanac officials say its predictions stack up well against those of traditional meteorologists.
