would not necessarily enable us to steer a hurricane away from an
area that was already covered with cloud.
My problem with chemtrails, or artificial clouds, is now, and has
always been, where are the whistle-blowers? In the link above the
author describes seeing a C-130 cargo plane with nozzles along it's
wing for spraying. That plane has to have an airfield that it is
based at and people to service it and chemicals provided for it. On
a world-wide basis, that's a lot of airplanes flying around and a lot
of chemicals being carried to them. And it has been going on for
some time with a lot of people involved. By definition, a secret is
not a secret if it is known by a lot of people; so where are the
talkers? Where are the whistle-blowers?
