You're being setup. Many Nations have been offering help, its being declined WHY? Because George Dubya probably wants to introduce MARTIAL LAW. THEN he has ALL THE POWER ANY PERSON CAN HAVE.
IF Katrina was man-made, then the country that has the technology to make it happen, is the same country that got hit by it.
In the worst effected States Bushy Boy is allowing thousands of his own poor, ignorant citizens, most of which are BLACK to die. IF the Guard Units and Police go brutal (Which they may have to) this could easily lead (or be led) to race-riots across the country.
Time for you to find a 'safe-house'. GEORGE STALIN BUSH is in power. Just think of how many people in other nations; ie; Japan, Korea, Irak, Vietnam, Germany, Russia, Cambodia, Iran etc have a SMUG GRIN ON THEIR FACES. (Of course once George W is the ultimate DIKTATOR then that smug grin may melt into terror)

Our heart goes out to the thousands of people affected by the storm's devastation. Katrina has left many people homeless, without food, shelter and clothing . For the past one hundred years Star of Hope has been there for those in crisis by meeting not only their basic needs but also by providing counseling and spiritual guidance.
As a neighbor to Louisiana, Houston has become a refuge for those seeking relief from the effects of Katrina. We are maximizing capacity at each of our three facilities to provide shelter, food and clothing to as many as possible.
