I find electroherbalism to be a wonderful medium. While health via natural
modes is the basic theme, one may express ones experiences, share information,
and express opinions. Recent posts regarding N.O. misery contain sympathy,
between the lines, somewhat sharp at times, that is heart-warming for me!
Thirty-three years ago, I taught at a univ. in the N.O. vicinity for one year.
Each drive over Lake Ponchartrain back into N.O. tended to frighten me. Locals
were well aware that N.O. was below Lake Ponchartrain and sea levels. Storms
since then have clearly punctuated the marginal safety provided by dikes, each
time they were overspilled. All leaders in La. have known that the dikes
required maintenance, and section-wise, improvement. Federal appropriations to
the dike fund have been trimmed three years in a row. Why should your and my
tax-monies be contributed to the City of N.O. for dike maintenance? The dikes
benefit the City of N.O. and Louisiana. How many billions in tourist revenue
does the state take in, annually, and why do local officials blame anyone
outside N.O. and La. with their own failure to properly maintain their dikes?
Who elected the current mayor, "temporarily housed" in a five-star,N.O. hotel?
Why is he under investigation for misappropriation of federal funds, to have
been used to maintain the stretch of Interstate that splits N.O.? Typically,
when I learn of similar debacles, my memory calls forth the example of the
NAZI party. "They" used PR for several years to repetitively promise the
german people all the things they wanted, but could not afford. What happened?
In spite of his widely-known theft of much private property in the Berchtesgarden
area, the people eventually believed him, and elected "them" with Hitler in the
commanding role. Thus, most older Germans supported the NAZI party, and some
called Hitler, "the holy one." Can we entitle WWII as the fulfillment of
promises to Germans for a better "life?" I don´t think so.
The N.O. mayor was elected by the minority-folk vote, on the basis of his
promises to them of improved life conditions. Has he fulfilled his promises?
Many of their adults displayed on CNN and german TV were "generally" 20 to 35%
overweight. Is this evidence of improved life conditions? Not to me. Where
were the emergency evacuation and emergency services plans that state governors
and mayors of major cities are obliged to submit to the Feds? Why were N.O.
school buses and commercial vehicles not used to transport the poor to higher
ground? One middle-class person emailed me, said that the poor were afraid to
leave their dwellings/possessions, fearing the immediate theft of any items
with value. This is only one of many reasons.
The second habit of my memory is to apply the rule of the ancient mongolians,
"what you do speaks so loud, I cannot hear what you say," which emigrees brought
with them to the N.A. continent. This saying highlights the misuse of PR, in
the last twenty years; especially the last six. Marvelous, the role played by
PR in shifting the blame and scapegoating the uninvolved, the disinterested, the
innocent; or all three. Who is naieve´ enough to think that the current
increase in crude oil costs is the brainchild of Saudi Chieftains? One U.S.
employee asked me over two years ago, "are you aware that a Saudi airliner took
off from a D.C. airport the day after 9-11?" The event is probably not listed
on US Airport Logbooks. Did the pilot and occupants decide to depart, without
permission of U.S. authority? Were Halliburton representatives on the leading
edge of the Iraq invasion, without U.S. leadership support? Although U.S.
leadership did not request Katrin, I am convinced that H.A.A.R.P. transmissions
have an effect on the electromagnetic energy in the atmosphere, which has an
effect on the formation of "weather." Who elected the current U.S. leadership?
Do you feel more protected now, than six years ago? Who elected the mayor of

Reports continue that communications in and around New Orleans are being purposely jammed (and severed) by the US government (see Sep. 2 article below). The jamming is having an adverse impact on emergency, disaster recovery, and news media communications. The jamming is even affecting police radio frequencies in Jefferson Parish, according to an Australian news report. The President of Jefferson Parish Aaron Broussard told Meet the Press today that FEMA cut his parish's emergency communications lines and he had to have his sheriff restore the severed lines and post armed deputies to ensure that FEMA did not try to cut the communications lines again. Broussard's statement: "Yesterday--yesterday--FEMA comes in and cuts all of our emergency communication lines. They cut them without notice. Our sheriff, Harry Lee, goes back in, he reconnects the line. He posts armed guards on our line and says, 'No one is getting near these lines.'"
Jamming radio and other communications such as television signals is part of a Pentagon tactic called "information blockade" or "technology blockade." The tactic is one of a number of such operations that are part of the doctrine of "information warfare" and is one of the psychological operations (PSYOPS) methods used by the US Special Operations Command. Jamming is currently being used by US forces in Iraq and was used by the US Navy in the botched coup attempt against President Hugo Chavez in April 2002. US Navy ships off the Venezuelan coast jammed diplomatic, military, emergency services, police, and even taxi cab frequencies in Caracas and other large cities.

"Not surprisingly, the unclassified version of the Pentagon's report barely mentions the offensive possibilities of Information Warfare---capabilities that the Pentagon currently has under development. Jefferson Parish President Aaron Broussard announced on WWL-TV Saturday Night that residents would be allowed back in the Parish on Monday, but must re-evacuate by Thursday. Broussard had promised earlier in the week that residents would be allowed back on Monday, and seems to have managed to cut a deal with the feds to allow this happen.
Earlier reports on this site have shown that FEMA has barred rescue teams from entering New Orleans. And now the feds are dragging people out of the city by gunpoint. And back in Jefferson, Broussard explained on NBC's Meet the Press this morning that FEMA is making war even on local authorites [VIDEO] :
RUSSERT: You just heard the director of homeland security's explanation of what has happened this last week. What is your reaction?
BROUSSARD: We have been abandoned by our own country. Hurricane Katrina will go down in history as one of the worst storms ever to hit an American coast. But the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina will go down as one of the worst abandonments of Americans on American soil ever in U.S. history. Whoever is at the top of this totem pole, that totem pole needs to be chainsawed off and we've got to start with some new leadership. It's not just Katrina that caused all these deaths in New Orleans here. Bureaucracy has committed murder here in the greater New Orleans area and bureaucracy has to stand trial before Congress now.
"Three quick examples. We had Wal-Mart deliver three trucks of water. FEMA turned them back. They said we didn't need them. This was a week ago. FEMA, we had 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel on a Coast Guard vessel docked in my parish. When we got there with our trucks, FEMA says don't give you the fuel. Yesterday - yesterday - FEMA comes in and cuts all of our emergency communication lines. They cut them without notice. Our sheriff, Harry Lee, goes back in, he reconnects the line. He posts armed guards and said no one is getting near these lines"
Broussard ended the interview pleading for help with the moving story of how Jefferson Parish Emrgency Director Walter Maestri's mother died in a nursing home after being promised rescue repeatedly for five days. No wonder he said earlier this week that Jefferson Parish would be better off right now if it were its own country.
Earlier in the week, Maestri explained how FEMA broke signed agreements to have sufficient assets on the ground within 48 hours of an emergency. FEMA assets are blatantly wreaking havoc and making war on the people of Southeast Louisiana. As residents "temporarily" stream back in tomorrow, they should bring with them generators, gasoline, weaponry, and weeks or months worth of provisions. Sherriff Harry Lee needs to deputize every able-bodied male of Jefferson Parish who returns to patrol key infrastructure and keep an eye on all federal thugs who may be provocateuring, sabotaging infrastucture or withholding supplies.
