FEMA was in New York City on 10 September 2001 ready to go the next day to participate in "exercises" alongside New York City's "Tripod" exercise on dealing with the very type of crisis that became the horrific reality of 9/11. These "exercises" just happened to coincide with multiple NORAD "exercises" on dealing with the very type of crisis that became reality that day. On top of this quite extraordinary coincidence, routine video surveillance cameras just happened to miss capturing images of passengers and alleged hijackers among them boarding planes at Boston's Logan, Newark's Liberty and Washington's Dulles international airports! Now isn't that an extraordinary coincidence on top of an extraordinary coincidence? There are others besides, but I won't go into them here. The point is, FEMA was early for that one on 9/11! FEMA was right in the middle of all these extraordinary coincidences on the morning of 9/11. Now, a week too late in the wake of Katrina in New Orleans, FEMA can only boast of having turned back emergency water and fuel shipments expedited by others on their own initiative. And FEMA can boast of having cut the Sherriff's phone lines! You call that teamwork?!? Your tax dollars and my tax dollars at work! Something does not add up here. It is clear to me that we have a fungus among us, the kind you just can't wish away.
