Once again, an example of one person contradicting not only previous published statements but also common sense. Compare that statement to the following excerpt of an email from a doctor who was stuck in New Orleans:

After a dose of prophylactic Cipro I hope to be fine.

Why would a physician, who specialize in Infectious Disease and who just happens to be attending a conference about HIV in New Orleans when Katrina happens, worry about cholera and - after a trip through the flood waters - take a preventative dose of antibiotics if "dead bodies are not a disease concern"???
