How many people remember or fail to remember President Bushs anti veteran annual 2004 budget ? President Bush submitted his 2004 anti veteran budget to an all night congressional session and was passed by his republican controlled congress.

The republican voted against the veterans and passed the budget along to the all night session of the senate. It was this senate who recognized the small paragraph in the budget that asked the congress and the senate to pass a law that would have eliminated all veterans benefits and VA medical care.

The President budget would also eliminate all veterans dependency benefits to include all veterans childrens schooling. The senate was more than angry at the President for his anti veteran budget so they completely eliminated all anti veteran provisions from the Presidents budget and cut the Presidents request for his total annual budget.

According to reliable sources within the senate the President was unhappy about being caught by the senate in his attempt to eliminate veterans benefits, but this information was quietly kept from the news media and was never made public or printed by the news media.
