Dear Sirs,
Needless to say, you took off from your LUXURIOUS vacation to go sign the energy bill today. You took the time to record a special message to the families of America who's marines' fell dead. Why is it, Sir, that you cannot walk out your front door and talk one on one to this women who ALSO grieved, suffered, and sacrificed her loved one for YOUR war on Iraq? You and the Vice have NOT, NOT EVER attended one military funeral. Mr. Bush, why not? Are you afraid to face the families of those military parents, spouses and children, siblings, grieving friends and relatives of those faceless hundreds of thousands that you sent into harm's way? I realize you're a very busy man, Sir, and that you 'sort of' maybe, deserve a vacation; but don't you feel like maybe you owe it to those families who have suffered and mourned the loss of their young precious loved one a minute of your time to listen to what they have to say? After all, YOU told their sons/daughters/husbands/wives/mothers/fathers/sisters/brothers/loved ones to go fight for you and for this United States of America to save the freedoms of the Iraqi peoples from a horrid fate and master/ruler of their lands, don't you think you OWE IT to at least ONE WOMAN to LISTEN?
Never mind, you've already proven you don't want to hear our thoughts, feelings, share our tears, our fears, our grief. You can only tape messages........sorry, Sir. I forgot my head there a moment. I started thinking maybe, just maybe, one of you Bush's was human............Silly Me!

Cindy Sheehan, co-founder of Gold Star Families for Peace and mother of U.S. soldier who was slain in Iraq, called for President Bush on Saturday, Aug. 6, to return all troops in Iraq to the United States immediately. Although she failed to meet with Bush face-to-face at his Crawford-area ranch, Sheehan did speak with two of the president's aides. She still vowed to remain in Crawford to meet with the President. Cindy Sheehan spent the night in her tent beside the road last night and has spent the morning on the telephone in the Peace House being interviewed by the media. Right now she is there alone.
She seems to be doing well, but looks tired.
License plates from other states are seen throughout downtown Crawford as business appears to be booming. The Coffee Station is crowded.
Another report will be provided shortly.
