Dear Friends,

Camp Casey III will begin Sunday, August 6 and will be in operation
through Sunday, September 3. We are calling for your support and
participation.

We at The Crawford Peace House are excited about helping with setting
up Camp Casey III. But we need your help to make it all happen! We
need volunteers, and in-kind donations, and financial contributions
so that we can make this a safe, comfortable and effective action.

This Saturday, August 5, we will be having an organizational meeting
at the Peace House in Crawford, at which we will set up committees
and divide up the tasks.

The proposed committees are:

* Transportation
* Peacekeeping
* Food
* Facilities /maintenance/set up
* Communications /Internet/outreach
* Sound / Music
* Interfaith worship
* Volunteers

If you can help out in any of these area (or suggest something we've
missed), please attend the meeting and start things happening.
There's a lot to do and time is short

If you can't make it to this meeting, but you would like to be
