They could bone up on their surveillance tactics using these union goon drug dealing perps as guinea pigs. You know, make them run around in circles all day, thinking they are being followed by invisible feds disguised as homemakers and blue haired old ladies and hippies and nuns. Can you imagine how nuts it'd drive most longshoremen (who have the brain the size of a pea) who'd be trying to figure out who was who, etc? Hey, tell your FBI pals to come down to Long Beach and Westminster and Torrance and San Pedro. We can keep them plenty busy here if they get bored in your neck of the woods.
