NEW YORK, NEW YORK * 25 JULY 2006 Citizen of the USA Stephen M. St. John addresses the international community in Washington and here in New York City, all members of the US Congress as well as other organizations and individuals, public and private, and recalls how patience and restraint won the release of US Navy personnel eleven full days after their EP-3e Aries II electromagnetic surveillance craft collided on 1 April 2001 with a Chinese interceptor jet whose pilot Wang Wei was unfortunately killed. Citizen St. John regrets the failure of the US Government to inculcate the same values of patience and restraint on its ally, the Zionist state, which over the course of decades has routinely murdered Palestinians with impunity, and holds thousands prisoners after snatching them from their homes, then holding them without charges or legal recourse. Citizen St. John deplores Zionism's racist attitude, which is rooted in the Talmud (see ) and scorns legitimate grievances of its victims and acts above the law as a matter of exclusive right. Citizen St. John also deplores the general silence of the international community and its failure to act swiftly to impose a cease-fire and to condemn the Zionist state and its accomplice, the USA, for the wildly disproportionate response to an unwelcome and regrettable incident at the Lebanese border. Citizen St. John reminds the international community that the laser-guided bombs now being rushed to the Zionists for the continued destruction of Lebanon are of the kind used to destroy the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade on 7 May 1999. Therefore, Citizen St. John urges reliance on international law rather than high-tech methods of destruction, and in this regard notes that implementation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 242 would obviate the need for many other subsequent resolutions aimed at Arab states. and (coming soon):
