Why "We The People" HAVE NO STANDING UNDER THE LAW

With all due respect to Mr. Mark Lane, Bob Schultz, and Joe Bannister et al., they have no standing to argue anything related to taxation because they are all basically owned by the government through the voluntary Social Security System.

When one contracts to join the "group" of "CONtributors" in the Social Security System, that person opts out of the democratic republic and enters the socialist democracy, the contract for Socialist benefits supercedes the U.S. CONstitution.

When a person goes to work for an "employer" they are basically "government issue" (remember the term G.I.) and are actually being lent to the employer by the government that owns them. The government wants to be compensated for the use of its property, ie., income tax.

So, for the promise of a paltry SS payment or medicaid or medicare, the free person becomes a slave to government by contracting with the Social Security Administration.

All people with SSN's are FEDERAL (14th Amendment) citizens with "privileges" as opposed to "RIGHTS".

As long as people continue to participate in the "system" and expect the "benefits" offered by the system ... they OWE THE TAXES ... and are obligated by contract to PAY THE PIPER. Please notice the all capital letter spelling of your name on the SS Card, and further notice that "all" other documents issued by Corporations without fail are issued to an all capital letter spelling of your name.

All capital letter spelling is indicative of a "CORPORATE ENTITY" (or Vessel in a Federal Jurisdiction) which is what everyone participating in the Socialist Security System is IN FACT.

You will never be free from the federal system as long as you possess the federal identifier known as the Social Security Insurance Account Number ... NEVER !
