Attention all Patriots:
This is an EMERGENCY CALL TO ACTION!!!!!
On July 1st 2005 in the town of New Bethlehem, PA, the Constitution
of the United States was attacked! The Mayor of the town, Tom
Seidel, brought a bulldozer on to a citizen's private property and
tore down a wooden fence that was protecting the property. When
confronted by the owner of the property to cease his actions, He
stated that he was the Mayor, and he could do what ever he wanted.
Further, if the owner tried to stop him, he threatened to take legal
action against the owner. The Official Abuse of Power and Vandalism
was witnessed by a local Police Officer who stated that he could do
nothing to stop the activity as the Police worked for the Mayor and
he could lose his job.
The owner of the property is a Managing Director of the Discerning
American Digest. It is a National Magazine for Patriotic Americans.

have decided that they would put a stop to the magazine being put out
in their community. This heinous act of Abuse of Power and Vandalism
was used as tool to threaten the owners of the property and to squash
the Freedom of the Press.
The Mayor violated his oath of office and has brought disgrace to his
office. He has violated the following Pennsylvania Statutes:
1. Official Oppression: In that the Mayor of New Bethlehem, Thomas
Seidel, acting under the color of law, did on July 01, 2005
used his position as Mayor to willfully and with malice prevent the
owner of 324 Broad St, New Bethlehem the right to be secure in his
own private property as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.
2. Obstructing administration of law or other governmental
function: In that the Mayor of New Bethlehem, Thomas Seidel, did on
July 01, 2005 did state to the Clarion County Sheriff, Sheriff Peck,
that he did not know he was doing anything wrong but was assisting
the owner of the property next door and assumed that the whole piece
of property was his. This is false as the owner of the property
located at 324 Broad Street told the Mayor directly and in person
while he was destroying the fence that he was not to touch the fence
or enter his property.
3. Criminal Trespass: in that the owner of the property told the
Mayor that he could not enter it. The Mayor ignored this and stated
that he was the Mayor and he could do whatever he wants. If the owner
doesn't like it, sue him. If the owner tried to stop him in anyway,
the town would sue him. When asked under what circumstances the Mayor
could sue, he replied any reason at all.
4. Destruction of Personal Property: In that the Mayor of New
Bethlehem, Thomas Seidel, did on July o1, 2005 destroy the fence that
was located on the property known as 324 Broad Street, New Bethlehem
PA. The Mayor had no right and/or authority to commit this act. The
Mayor had no legal claim to the property.
The Mayor is trying to use his power to squash the Freedom of the
Press through threats and intimidation. This right is one of our
fundamental rights. We as citizens also have the right to be secure
in our property from oppressive governments. This may seem like a
small thing to some people but this country was founded on
inalienable rights. If we don't say NO now, when do we say enough is
enough?

Also send out this story to every newspaper and media outlet in the
country. Let us turn on the lights to an oppressive government. Let
us inform the Mayor and the Town Council of New Bethlehem that this
kind of conduct is unacceptable.
In your letter, demand that the Mayor resign from office so as not to
bring further disgrace to his office. If he will not resign, demand
that the town council start immediate impeachment of the Mayor or be
accessories after the fact.

Demanding a full investigation of the Mayor of New Bethlehem.

In conclusion, this is a time for Patriots and citizens to stand up
and be accounted for. Let us all be heard with one voice. Please

our demands.
