The Preamble of the constitution indicates it's our duty to alter or abolish unconstitutional governance. How? The 1947 National Security Act and un Patriot Act are legally invalid by the tenth Amendment, which prohibits taking away any citizens rights without the vote of the people. The illegal laws that overthrew the Bill of Rights can be overthrown by proceedings in court or by pressuring the congress and senate to recant. Pressure can be achieved without bloodshed in that direction. No 1947 NSA!
