Ralph Charles Whitley, Sr., a decorated Veteran age 65, asks the President, Vice President, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Secret Service and Naval Criminal Investigative Service to REOPEN the murder of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. Request based upon undeniable PROOF which surfaced that Lee Harvey Oswald did NOT fire the shot from the front of the Presidential Car which caused damage to the REAR OF THE SKULL as shown in the Autopsy Photos.

Whitley, a former criminal investigator and military police instructor, found the Zepruder Film and others plus written and photographic results of the Autopsy clearly indicated the President was killed from a shot FORWARD not behind where Oswald was allegedly firing. The murder investigation of a sitting President of the United States DIED with Oswald being shot by Jack Ruby for reasons still unknown today.

Furthermore, Whitley as a former professional criminal investigator also reviewed the VIDEO, AUDIO and written witness accounts at the September 11, 2001 World Trade Center and Pentagon MURDER areas and has PROOF POSITIVE that explosives took down WTC 1, WTC 2, WTC 7 and the Pentagon was NOT HIT BY A PASSENGER JET and like all others the Criminal Investigations were stopped and crucial evidence removed mysteriously without a full FBI, NCIS or other competent agency investigation.
