See below. URGENT! Write your Senator's now--TODAY--let them feel some HEAT this summer!

STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE TO READ LINK BELOW, SEE THE INFO ON PATRIOT ACT OPPOSITION, AND ALSO WRITE SEN. BYRD (ONLY ONE WHO HAS STOOD UP AGAINST ADMINISTRATION IN PAST ON CONSTITUTIONAL LAW), AS WELL AS YOUR OWN. We need him to "front" the opposition to it....need to COMPEL him to do his duty--Kill the "PATRIOT ACT"! There is a sample letter at this link, to assist you...adapt for your use.

Flood them with emails, faxes, letters...use talk radio, vent columns in papers, op-eds.....no time to waste. This is it....liberty or tyranny. This will be the basis of Inquistions and secret arrests, for ANY ARBITRARY REASON...including political.

"The tatterred remains of Constitutional Government is being overthrown
before your eyes! We are LOSING freedom, tyranny is being erected!
> There goes the 4th amendment on this one.
>
> You're absolutely right. Does anyone care? Have you sent an email to
your Senators? They need to hear from you. Even if they ignore us, at
least we need to make the effort. The message can be short and simple:

> REPEAL THE PATRIOT ACT
> or
> Didn't you take an oath to protect and defend the constitution? That
includes the 4th Amendment. Vote NO on increased unconstitutional powers
for federal law enforcement. Allow the Patriot Act provisions to sunset.

they are also in despotic governments: in the former, because they are
everything; in the latter, because they are nothing." -Montesquieu
