TREASON: a crime that undermines the offender's government

In April of 1998 OrlandoMary apprised all Central Florida congressmen and the INS Florida Director Robert Wallis and Deputy Director John Bulger of suspicious activities surrounding an incident when OrlandoMary had obtained two (2) videotaped signed confessions wherein U.S. citizens admitted they had accepted bribes, committed perjury and fraud involving a Sham Marriage RING.

Conspirators, Orlando INS OIC Stella Jarina, Supervisory Investigator Richard Walker and Supervisor Susan Dugas allowed all to leave the INS premises without consequence, including the 'marriage arranger' who was in the INS parking waiting to make further bribery payments to the U.S. citizens for attending the green card interview.

These INS conspirators not only refused to have the subjects taken into custody and the U.S. Attorney contacted for prosecution, they refused to have an investigator obtain even the license plate number of the Sham Marriage RING arranger who was in the INS parking waiting to make further bribery payments.

The following day OrlandoMary was issued a written reprimand for mentioning this Sham Marriage RING to an investigator in seeking apprehension of the subjects.

Jacksonville INS investigations subsequently followed up on this RING in which 25 sham marriages were identified and the Jacksonville USA pursued various prosecutions.

After intercepting a FOURTH (4th) Sham Marriage RING, one of which was an illegal Muslims RING, in which she had obtained videotaped signed confessions to felony bribery and fraud, in which INS conspirators were not pursuing prosecutions, at the end of April of 1998 OrlandoMary was suddenly issued the worst performance appraisal in 25 years of federal service.

Two weeks later OrlandoMary intercepted a SECOND (2nd) illegal Muslims Sham Marriage RING in which she obtained a videotaped signed confession to felony bribery and fraud and intelligence information that the illegal Muslim was attempting to arrange 11 other sham marriages for illegal Muslims.

AGAIN, the conspirators allowed all to leave the INS premises without consequence. Conspirator, Supervisor Michael Pittman, contrary to documented material evidence, placed a memo to the file accusing OrlandoMary of being incompetent.

Before OrlandoMary could pursue prosecution and deportation of the illegal Muslim the case was surreptitiously removed from her office and sent to the National Records Center. SIX (6) years later OrlandoMary discovered this illegal Muslim who had engaged in documented FELONY bribery, perjury and fraud had NEVER been prosecuted or deported.

OVER THREE YEARS PRIOR TO 9/11

In the two year period of 1997 and 1998 OrlandoMary diligently pursued and obtained extremely time-consuming videotaped signed confessions to felony fraud, perjury and bribery intercepting SIX (6) Sham Marriage RINGS, TWO (2) of which were illegal Muslims. She also obtained and reported a THIRD (3rd) illegal Muslims Sham Marriage RING. None of this UNPRECEDENTED enforcement performance was never acknowledged or rewarded.

The response was for INS conspirators to engage in unrelenting daily harassment, reprisals, retaliations and disparate treatment.

In November of 2000, the Atlanta administrative court of the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), administrative law judge (ALJ) Richard Vitaris ruled in OrlandoMary's favor, designating her as an official Federal Whistleblower and the (treasonous conspirators) had engaged in violation of the 1989 Whistleblower Protection Act (WPA) illegal personnel practices of Whistleblower Retaliation.

The Agency (DOJ/INS) appealed to the Washington, D.C. MSPB appeals board. In July of 2002 the D.C. MSPB also ruled in OrlandoMary's favor and upheld the designation of official Federal Whistleblower and that the (treasonous conspirators) had engaged in illegal whistleblower retaliation.

The D.C. MSPB delivered, in person, their ruling to the Office of Special Counsel (OSC) to take the required adverse personnel action against the (conspirators).

The OSC engaged in 'cover up'. The (conspirators) were promoted and continued to engaged in further illegal prohibited personnel action of whistleblower retaliation.

In June of 2004, AFTER Atlanta MSPB ALJ Richard Vitaris and the MSPB D.C. Appeals Board had twice designated OrlandoMary as an official Federal Whistleblower,

compromised(?) Atlanta MSPB ALJ Anthony Cummings, who had refused to allow OrlandoMary's one vital key witness to testify at a court hearing in April, suddenly ruled OrlandoMary was not a bona fide whistleblower and basically deserved to be punished for refusing to tell the conspirators what she knew of their criminal activities.

In March of 2005, the MSPB Washington D.C. appeals board overturned ALJ Cummings' ruling, AGAIN designated OrlandoMary an official Federal Whistleblower and remanded the case back to Cummings to obtain testimony from the one key vital witness. See:
