The only people who advocate "impeachment" of
Bush/Cheney are
"Constitutionists," for only in the so-called
"Constitution" is there
any language that comes anywhere near suggesting that
those animating an
office of "president" or an office of "vice-president"
are subject to
such a removal process initiated by such a thing called
an "Impeachment."
The "federal government" is a commercial enterprise,
organized by the
"statutes" proclaimed in the so-called "United States
Code." In the
"United States Code," I have, so far, found no language
that applies the
concept of "impeachment" to anyone animating an
executive office known
as "president" or as "vice-president."
The fact I haven't found it yet doesn't 100% mean it's
not there. So,
if you find a "statute" that applies "impeachment" as
part of a removal
process for either the office of "president' or the
office of
"vice-president," I'll reexamine this issue. However,
unless and until
the "articles of incorporation" (or the articles of
organization) of the
church called "United States" include a removal
procedure that includes
"impeachment," it simply doesn't exist.
One day, we will learn the difference between the Law of
the Land and
the "law" of the place called "this state."
The so-called Constitution did not create the "federal
government." The
so-called Constitution does not limit the "federal
government." The
place called "this state" is a Constitution-free
commercial zone. The
"federal government" exists in the place called "this
state."
