your honor counsel has just provided substantial evidence in defence of truth regarding the case of nic burg,and now i will take time to cross examine both the witness and the supposed perpetrators.mr.burg why did you not move when the 'terrorists' first held your head and threw you to the ground? were you tired were you sleepy? were you weak did they not feed you while they held you captive? on the video ,which is 'exhibit a 'i watched your head sink into your neck as if it was sponge cake .were you not fearful for your life mr.burg?were you not afraid that these big strong men would kill you?are you sure that it was you in that video mr.burg because i heard that you were blonde and now your hair looks black to me, who is your hair dresser?why did you remain so calm even though you were just thrown to the ground mr.burg?why did you not at least struggle for your life mr.burg?your body just hit the ground like a wet towel.if you were alive your head would have instantly moved when the terrorist held you by your hair your facial expressions should have changed your skin in that area wuld have been tightened due to him pulling your hair you would have atleast moved your head side to side a little afterall you were alive wern't you?your honor i dont want to seem as though i am badgering the witness but it appears to me that he must be the calmest man that has ever lived ,he's just here holding his head and staring at me , as a matter of fact your honor when his head was lifted up after it was cut off his eyes and his mouth was closed ,if in fact as the video suggested that he was screaming while he was being butchered his eyes and mouth should still have remained open after decapitation. why? because it would have been his last muscular function therefore they would have remained in that position at least somewhat instead of being clamped shut as they were,and even so if you were killing me my eyes would not have been shut as his were while they were killing him [or the body].and another glaring irregularity about his behaviour is that he did not stuggle like a man who was fearful for his life his legs should have been the chief things moving while he was on the ground . no further questions for this witness your honor.now i will proceed to cross examine the 'terrorists'.mr terrorist or do you prefer me to call you c.i.a. oh! terorist is fine ok no problem. i will not ask you why you look so fat ,or why you look so pale white ,or why you look so relaxed during the entire ordeal or why you were wearing tennis shoes ,oh by the way were they nikes or you guys in the desert usually prefer reebok cross trainers?now your honor my questions for this witness are as follows and i promise i would not badger him.after all i dont want to be in over my head regarding this cross examination.now mr .terorrist i did not know that one man was strong enough to hold a struggling man on the ground and another strong enough to take his head and cut it off just like that with little or no effort.let me give you a course in decapitation 101.first you throw the man on the ground then one man holds his feet because they would be wriggling another holds his mid section from moving another holds his shoulders down another hods his head because he is going to be frightened for his life and he will be shaking like a rabid dog and finally another to cut quickly his head off.now i must admit you guys are totally unorthodox,one man holds him and one man cuts him.wow you guys are so strong and so clean because there you have this extremely frightened victim at your feet (and we can tell this by the video)you cut his head off and his blood up to this time does not stain your hand , because afterall it was spouting everywhere wasn't it ? therefore you should have been dirtied and even when you rested his head on his body blood should have been still pouring out but on the video we see other wise. but i must congratulate you guys for remaining so calm throughout the ordeal because instead of helping to keep the sceaming kicking biting victim down you guys wre just standing around like it was a sunday afternoon in the park.but thats only expected seeing that your victim was extremely cooperative . your honor i rest my case.
