I have this petition calling for congressional oversight on this matter: http://www.thepetitionsite.com/takeaction/373269232 and although 2904 people have signed it, none of the congressmen on the Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee of the House Commerce Committee have been willing to send a letter that we've requested to the Commissioner's office of the FDA because Bush's approval rating is so low right now that they afraid of pushing for oversight of part of the Executive Branch for fear word of it would reach voters and they're afraid it would negatively impact the Republican's chances in the next congressional election....
