In reply to your email , George Bush had claimed that "The Bin Ladin confession tape" proved Bin Ladin was guilty for the 911 attacks. Only problème is that the tape was a fake.

Colin Powell had promised to the world community he would make public his proof against Bin Ladin once the invasion of Afghanistan was finished and the CIA operatives were under protection.
