Security launched raids all over the country that arrested 100s of
undocumented migrants working for

IFCO Systems, a Dutch/German Company that makes pallets and plastic
containers for shipping and transportation purposes.

The raids had an undoubtedly unexpected side effect. IFCO is very

IFCO executive to the Workmens Compensation to be the "EMPLOYER
COMMISSIONER" for the Workman's Compensation Commission on March 10,
2003. The new Commissioner's term will expire February 1, 2009.

Michael Hachtman of Houston , one of the cities targeted in
the raids, is the Vice President of all things Business Development
for IFCO Systems North America Inc.

It is the largest pallet company in the United States. He is also
the former chief of staff at the Texas Railroad Commission. He was
confirmed by the Republican dominated Texas Senate.

Maybe this explains why the current administration NEVER targets
employers of illegal aliens until now, when they have been forced to
by political pressure from the Democrats and
