All I can say is, "Thank God." Dr. Bowman the truth could not be spoken in a louder, clearer, more truthful manner. The idea of America is larger than any one man or men who have been given, and I say even that loosely. The opportunity to lead this nation. I grieve every single day for those who have been sent to fight, kill and die for nothing of honor or value. This, the greatest nation on earth has had the ability to be a benevolent power, a light and example leading nation. All of this though has been cast aside for the most fleeting, rancid thing of all...ownership of ones fellow man. Vietnam I am disheartened to say will seem minor when history reflects back upon these events. The bringing down of greatness seldom if ever comes from exterior forces, far too often it comes from the forces within. I love my nation, but I love my race.....the human race far more. At this time I pity all those yet to be born, for they will be the true victims. They will be the victims of what is yet to happen because of what is happening now.
