What happens when you simply slow down the video footage taken by the news networks at the World Trade Center on 911?

On the 2nd plane that hits the 2nd Tower, one can clearly see an extra piece of equipment on the bottom of the 767's undercarriage. And just before it hits the 2nd World Trade Center, it shoots out a missile. Captured by CNN, ABC, Fox, Camerplanet, Msnbc, etc...
