Christians MUST oppose and Evil Govt. Rom 13

COUNTERING ROMANS 13 ---- WITH KING JAMES & THE NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION Scriptures

Although for centuries the Divine Right of Kings found support in a convenient interpretation of
the Bible and the clergy, as did slavery and exploitation of the Indians and Asians, the interpretation was incorrect. Paul spoke of wrong doers as fearing authority, presuming the authority to be righteous. (The Romans did have some idea of justice.) Especially with the growth of republican governments for Christian peoples, there was a MUTUAL PACT between the individual and the state. BOTH were expected to conform to God’s laws or the contract was void.

As indicated in First Corinthians below, Paul adapted what he said to the people he was talking to, so of course he would assure the Romans that he supported their authority! (Anything else would be unwise IN VIEW OF THE ROMANS´ IMPERIAL CONTROL!) We believe Paul made more specific what he had said to the Corinthians, by saying he was a Jew with the Jews and a Roman with the Romans. (Paraphrased.).

In recent years it has been revealed that Hitler, the Catholic, was fond of quoting many Bible verses. His favorite was Romans 13. Currently dictatorial authorities in the U.S. are trying to enlist all of the pastors in the use of their counseling skills and Romans 13 to quell future expected resistance. (For example, to the injection of tiny micro chips, without which there will be no buying or selling, according to agency statements.)

GOVERNMENTS ARE BEGINNING TO RENEGE ON THEIR DUTY TO PROTECT, SELLING WATER SYSTEMS, ROADS, SHERIFF SERVICES, ETC.TO PRIVATE CORPORATIONS, WHICH CHARGE HIGH RATES FOR USE BY THE PEOPLE , WHO HAD ALREADY PAID FOR SUCH BY THEIR TAXES.

Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

Ephesians 6:12, 13 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and afteryouhave done everything, to stand.

First Corinthians 9:20-22 And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews, to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law. To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law.* To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
*The Romans were among those without (Mosaic) law.

To those not having the law I became like one not having the law (though I am not free from God’s law but am under Christ’s law), so as to win those not having the law.* To the weak, I became weak, to win the weak. *The Romans were among those not having (Mosaic) law.

We also must go on in Romans 13, to verses 3 and 4 for they explain more. We should be fearful if we do bad. If the authority upholds the good we must obey it. Conversely if the authority gets to representing the bad, we will know it, as it will not praise us if we are doing good.

The rulership that takes an oath on the Bible not only makes a civil contact with the people, but also a covenant with God. They do not have unlimited authority, but are limited to doing what is good. Romans 13:3 So if it breaks that covenant or contract, and steps outside of the delegated authority God gave to do good, and becomes bad, that covenant or oath has been violated. The people no longer are obligated to obey.
