Condi said she was briefed on the possibility of terrorists hyjacking planes in the U.S.

Condi knows Bush got a PDB on August 6 saying bin Laden was going to attack the US by air.

If she and Bush are so dedicated to protecting us, why wouldn't they, at least, put the Air Defense interceptors on alert? At least stand-by and be ready. They can get up in ten minutes and they go 1,500 to 1,800 mph, three times faster than a hyjacked airliner. After the Towers went down, one hyjacked airliner went half way across Ohio and made a u-turn . . . not one brave American pilot was allowed up to protect us. Only one man can keep the interceptors down, and he's not the head of NORAD.

Also, Condi, why were the Towers blown-up from within? The jets filled with jet fuel could never have caused the instantaneous pulverization of the massive cement floor slabs into powder and the hulking steel girders bound together as they were to be shattered into shrapnel. Besides, steel needs at least 1,000 F to weaken, and jet fuel heats steel to only 680 F.

Also, why was the hole in the Pentagon only half the size of the profile, in width and height, of the Boeing 757-200 which was supposed to have flown into the Pentagon?
